reed diffusers are a great way to add scent to a room for months at a time without the extra care that lit candles require.

be sure to flip your reeds every couple of weeks for a boost of fragrance! new diffuser reeds are $2 for a set of 8.

the refill price is always half of the original retail price of the chosen refilled scent. a $5 refill fee also applies to all candle refills.

what happens if my often wander vessel is damaged?

when you send in your vessels for refills, we'll give them a quick once-over to make sure they're safe to continue using. if we find a crack or other damage that will impact the safety of the product, we can offer a replacement vessel for just $5.

why is there a $5 candle refill fee?

this small fee supports the time and resources needed to provide you with high-quality candles, while still keeping refills 50% off the original price. this fee applies to candle refills ONLY.

how long will my refill take?

we do our best to process all refills in a timely manner. we generally estimate 7-10 days to refill your products from the time your invoice is paid.

do you refill custom vessels?

how should i pack my vessels for shipping?

you can use items you already have in your home! be sure to wrap your vessel(s) with padding like newspaper, then secure them in a box with enough padding that they cannot move around.

what if my often wander vessel is damaged during shipping?

if damaged on its way to us, we can replace it for $5. if your refill is damaged on its way back to you, contact us so we can make it right.
