both in-store and online purchase points are tracked with your email address only. you will not receive promotional emails by signing up for the often wander loyalty program unless you opt in for our newsletter.
you earn 1 reward point for every dollar you spend in store and online at often wander! you must be logged into your account when making online purchases or give your email address during in-store checkout for points to be accrued under your account.
you can also earn 10 points for following @oftenwander on instagram and 10 points for liking often wander on facebook! you must follow us via the link on the often wander loyalty widget for points to automatically register in your account.
once you reach 500 points, you can redeem them for $25 off your next purchase of $25 or more!
no, reward points are earned after discounts are applied and points are not earned on any taxes or shipping charges.
simply log in to the reward portal on the website and click “ways to redeem” to get the redemption code. this code can be entered in the discount section when placing an online order or given to the cashier for in-store purchases.
your reward points, reward history, current balance, are accessible by logging into the often wander loyalty program - simply click the blue star icon at the bottom right side of the page at oftenwander.com and log in with the email associated with your account.

yes! points are redeemable online or in-store at any time with purchases equal to or higher than $25.
upon the return of an item, the points earned on the purchase will be deducted from your often wander loyalty points account.
it should be immediate! newly earned points automatically are sent to the email on file. if on the occasion points are still not displaying in your account after 48 hours, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
reward points do not expire, though it’s hard to stay away from often wander for too long!
