For optimal results, let the entire surface of the candle pool on your first burn.
Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4" by removing charred wood.
Low flame can happen with a wooden wick, but stick it out. The wick will continue to burn and the flame height will return.
Never leave unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
Always place on a temperature safe surface. Do not burn near any flammable material.
