Southern California grown White Sage is used for cleansing and for healing.
The smoke is used to bless, cleanse and heal the person or object being smudged.
Sage is used to 'wash off' the outside world when one enters ceremony or other sacred space. Objects are likewise washed off with sage medicine smoke to rid them of unwanted influences.
Absolutely no pesticides or growth hormones. All sage is laid in the sun to dry.
Please note, we are continuously replenishing our Sage Sticks — variation in bundle length/size/twine is likely to occur.
Use a candle, match, or lighter to light one end of your bundle.
Waft the smoke around your space or anywhere you would like to clear the energy.
When finished, run some water over the bundle until the smoke has been extinguished, then leave to dry and reuse.
Always use caution with an open flame.
