  • Description

These beautiful and bright scarfs make for a great accessory any time of year.  Their lightweight texture is soft and breezy, yet the fabric has some form to it, and can hold itself upright around your neck instead of being heavy and floppy. Wool has a great breathability and natural ability to keep you warm in cold temperatures and cool and fresh in hot weather. Also, because these scarves aren't easy to wrinkle they're perfect to throw in your bag for every day wear.

Each scarf  is made from 100% natural wool measuring 28" X 80" with a raw edge. Individually hand dyed to create a one of a kind design using variations of teal, sapphire, gun metal, mustard, and black dies using the “shibori” technique.

Shibori is the Japanese art of shaped resist dyeing. The fabric is compressed by using wrapping, stitching or folding techniques that create a resist when dyeing the fabric.

Care instructions: hand wash in cold water with mild soap, and dry flat. (No iron is needed).

**Scarves are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks to make, and ship. Because scarves are made individually, your order may not look exactly like the picture.
